Cheater Cookies

These are cheater cookies. They aren't homemade, this is from the store. In my defensive, I'd like to say we had no flour. Although, I suppose I could have asked my Dad to get me flour at the store instead of a bag of ready-to-put on the tray cookie dough squares. Oh well. They were yummy.

Pumpkin Glow

Our pumpkins were decaying fast, so tonight I took a picture of the only one not-collapsed. This is mine, and I think he's pretty adorable. His smile is a little lopsided, and I think he may have some cavities that need to be filled..but I think that's the least of his problems!

Fire Safety

Fire safety review is a requirement from the state of PA for homeschoolers every year. This is my little sisters plastic hat from the 'training'.

Ancient History Day

Our homeschool group put on an Anicent History Day for the community. There were 'tours' through Rome, Greece, Egypt and a market. There was a Roman Gladiator fights, a Greek home (with a goat!), Egyptian 'mummy', and a variety of bread and other markety things. I ran around and took pictures, it was lots of fun. Trying out some new photo-collage type things. Hope you enjoy them!

Cloudy With a Chance..

..of Meatballs! I haven't been to the movies in such a long time. The last time I was at a theater I saw 'Valkyrie' (phenomenal film), last December! This movie has moved to the cheaper theaters, which is really the only time we see movies (four kids makes a dent!). It was lots of fun, a really cute movie. I loved the book growing up, go read it and see it! (tomorrows picture will be up Thursday)

The Mighty Beast

I try not to post too many pictures of my dogs because sometimes it seems like they're well..to easy. They're adorable! At least I think so, haha. I had an idea to combine these three pictures of him yawning, and it came out cute so I decided to use it for today's picture! I love this dog!

Last Leaves

We finally had a day with blue skies and no rain! It was a little windy out, the leaves were blowing everywhere. Most of them are down now, winter is just around the corner!
