Last basketball game for my sister tonight, now the softball/baseball season begins.

Today I continued taking pictures for the upcoming homeschooler's play. Today was the cast picture of everyone, and a few can-dids.

Introducing...Mr. T! He's my brothers tadpole, and he goes by four different names. (Toady, Taz, Tadpole, and my name for him, Mr. T)

The sunset reflected off the back of the fishtank, it was pretty.

Middle Creek & Wildwood

I decided to break my rule and post three pictures, my favorites of the day! Today we went to Middle Creek Lake (Got up at 5:30, woohoo!) so that I could see the Snow Geese migration. I wanted sunrise, and my nutty dad got me there in time. Then we headed to Harrisburg where we stopped by the Wildwood Nature Center. They have big glass windows and bird feeders outside of them, and I caught the Red-Bellied (one would think the would be the red-headed but they're not!) Woodpecker, which was awesome! Last but not least, we stopped by the Susquehanna river to watch some trains go by, and these beautiful ice statues were hanging there. It was breath taking. As the tide came up they got slowly worked into these crazy ice formations. Just a little of the amazing things God has given us in this world.

We had an awesome sunset tonight, the first one that I've gotten to photograph in a while! I throughly enjoyed the 30 MPH wins blowing at 20 degrees though!

We made some delicious real Pennsylvania potato pancakes for lunch this afternoon. They were really tasty, I enjoyed them while reading the comics!

I love the colors in this picture! I've always thought the mixture of gold and blue is very pretty, it works well here!

Me and my two younger siblings made some delicious chocolate chip cookies this afternoon! Although I'm not sure if more dough went in tummies or on sheets!

Just a quick panoramic image I snapped of the valley this afternoon as the sun went down. I saw the clouds were getting pretty cool!

So easy, yet hard to attain?

This is Mac, he's a mutt - and a bad one at that. This was after he'd rooted through the trash can, and eaten my cookie. But hey, who couldn't love this?

I'm very pleased with this picture. I sat outside for rougly an hour trying to get some nice pictures of the birds, and I got one! I'm pretty positive this is a male American Goldfinch, but I may be mistaken.

This morning we had some mean looking clouds hanging around, but they broke and sent rays of sunshine down on the other side of the hills.

As the snow melts our backyard turns to mud. Our once white dog now looks something like a chocolate labrador! He really enjoys digging in it, which doesn't do much for his looks.

I got to spend my afternoon with my grandparents. We painted some lovely birdhouses, which was super fun! We made a bit of a mess, but that's half the fun!

My sister had an indoor field hockey game tonight, and I went along to take some pictures for the local Youth League. This was just a fun creative one for myself though.

Beautiful blue skies, newly fallen snow, and one of my favorite aspects of living in the middle of nowhere. - Covered bridges. What more could a photographer want?

Some times you can be looking for "the picture" all day, but when you see the snow lightly falling on the trees you know you've found it.

My sister has been playing guitar for close to six months now, and all of that time I've been meaning to take some pictures of her doing so. This is a three shot panoramic picture, which means it's three pictures horizontally combined.

Some absolutley beautiful weather today took most of the snow away. We're due for another round Tuesday though, so it's all good. I love old barns and silos.
